Farm Implements (India) Private Limited manufactures the tractor implements under the brand name HOWARD. The company was established in 1984 and are the pioneers of PTO-operated implements. They launched the Rotavator in 1985.
They have teamed up with Kongsklide of Denmark to manufacture Howard rotavator. And technically collaborated with Bunmei Noki Co Ltd, Takakita Co Ltd, and Matsuyama Plow Mfg Co Ltd of Japan to manufacture sugarcane harvesters, baler, and power harrow in India.
Today, with a dealership network of 80+ dealers, they have market presence across India. They even export implements to countries like Senegal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Kenya, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam and Malaysia.
The head office of Howard Implements is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The present CEO of the company is Mr. Balachandra Babu D S.
Howard Rotavator: These rotavators can be easily hitched to 18 – 70 HP tractors. The product range is from 3 feet rotavator to 8 feet rotavator. They come in two series namely HR11 Series and HR20 Series.
Howard Baler: They are compatible with minimum 40 HP tractors and come with automatic bale forming and chain lubrication. The rake-in drum of these balers ensure speedy baling operations.
